Our hot-melt adhesive film is made from TPU, and hence is environmental friendly, non-toxic, recyclable, and decomposable. It is the best substitute for traditional adhesive glue or gel (MEK), as they may contain harmful chemicals emitted during processing or incineration. Hot-melt adhesive films are usually applied in shoe parts, electronic components, outdoor gears, life jackets, life boats, gel pads, medical supplies, and so on. The processing temperature is about 100~110℃ based on our in-house test. We are also capable to produce the film for special requests in temperature.
