Hermes recorded double digit growth across most geographies in Q1 2012, with revenues rose by 21.9 per cent during the period, sources reported.
Revenues for the three months ending March 31st totalled €776.9 million (£630.9 million), which represents an increase of 17.6 per cent based on constant exchange rates.
Sales in Europe outstripped emerging markets with growth of 27 per cent, while with the exclusion of Japan, in Asia-Pacific sales rose by a solid 22 per cent.
Still recovering from last year's tsunami and earthquake, Japan was only place to record single-digit growth at eight per cent.
