After years of trials and reformulations New Power is proud to announce the widespread availability of our new breathable line of polyurethane film. We manufacture this specialty product as an unsupported film on rolls. From this form the film can have adhesive and liner applied or it can be die cut to your specifications etcetera. Our breathable tpu film is also performs well in laminations to produce breathable textiles. We can deliver this film in thicknesses of 15G-90G with widths up to 1.2 metre wide.

In testing, New Power's breathable material is taking part on a role of breathable materials nowaday.

And of course the product still exhibits polyurethane film's mechanical properties like high durability, abrasion resistance, low temperature flexibility, etc.

Because polyurethane (TPU) film is monolithic it creates a liquid barrier. This is a distinct advantage over other breathable products that are microporous which means they have tiny holes in the film which allows moisture vapor though. Applications for breathable polyurethane film include:
